Kendrick Lamar x Nike 'Damn.' Cortez

Ask anyone familiar with hip-hop and rap which rapper has the biggest influence in the culture and they will answer Kendrick Lamar.  The Compton born rapper achieved great success following his most recent project, 'Damn.'.  However, in addition to the album's success itself, Kendrick has now collaborated with Nike to create a 'Damn.' themed Nike Cortez.

The sneaker will feature a triple red theme with hints of black on the midsole, Nike Swoosh, and heel tab.  The upper is composed of a premium suede and the neoprene seen on previous Cortez models.  The tongue appears to have the 'DAMN.' logo tag stitched to the top and on the heel tab we see K stitched onto the left shoe and L stitched onto the right.  The brushed metal dubraes read TDE paying homage to Lamar's label.

For the time being, Nike hasn't provided a release date or retail price, however, you can expect to see those fairly soon.

Be sure to revisit us here at Uncommon Culture for updates on Kendrick Lamar and many others.
