3 Easy Tips For Pairing Your Shoes and Clothes

Why do you follow fashion?  For some, it's for popularity but for others, it's a way of life.  However, certain people have a hard time when it comes to pairing their kicks with their fit.  Being the huge sneakerhead that I am, I find that sneakers complete an outfit and can often times speak about who a person is and how they feel about fashion.

So here are '3 Easy Tips for pairing shoes and clothes'!

 1. Acknowledge the Colours!

A huge part of matching your shoes with your outfit it to consider which colours you are pairing.  If you really want the fit to pop, wear some kicks that are a different shade as the rest of your outfit, for example, dark red with light red, and NEVER wear one solid colour from head to toe.

 2. Wear Athletic Shoes With Athletic Fits (There are Exceptions)

Although most people rock a clean pair of Ultra Boosts with some distressed denim, some people just can't mix athletics with lifestyle.  If you're one of those people, don't worry, throw on a pair of tapered adidas soccer pants and look stylish while hitting the gym or the streets.

3. DO NOT Over-Dress Your Sneakers!

For some odd reason, I see this a lot more than I should.  We get it, your Yeezys were expensive but please don't wear them with a business suit!  Always make sure you're wearing your sneakers with a casual outfit and never over-dress them!  Things commonly found paired with sneakers are denim pants, joggers, adidas pants, and hoodie and tee shirts on top!
