Converse One Star Perforated Leather Review

Since February 2017, I have been fortunate enough to be working with the wonderful people at Converse Canada.  Since then, I have received several different sneakers, but each time I seem to get a new and refreshing feeling, and I think that's what I love most about Converse.  When I received these, I knew they would become my favourite everyday sneaker.

On July 13, 2017, Converse dropped a fresh take on a retro and iconic sneaker, the Converse One Star Perforated Leather.  What began as a go to basketball shoe for many athletes, the One Star has evolved to a shoe of choice for skateboarders and even modern street style.  The perforated leather model breathes new life into the One Star line with premium matte leather and a durable vulcanized rubber outsole.  For added comfort, the One Star Perforated Leather features an improved Ortholite® insole and a padded leather and mesh along the topline and collar.

The One Star Perforated Leather features a quality leather upper that comes in your choice of Black, Casino Red, or White.  The iconic star logo featured on both the lateral and medial of the shoe sports small perforations for added breathability in accordance with the other five perforations beside the star and on the tongue.  The sneaker only features one set of laces coloured in contrasting white.
